Key responsibilities will include:Leading the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and review of the Minerals and Waste Local Plan.Managing all aspects of development management, including pre-application advice, planning applications, appeals, site monitoring, and enforcement.Leading, supporting, and developing a team of planning professionals and support staff.Managing workloads, priorities, resources, budgets, and performance.Preparing and presenting reports, recommendations, and professional advice to committees and decision-making meetings.Representing the organisation at planning appeals, hearings, public inquiries, and other formal proceedings.Providing expert advice on planning policy, legislation, and emerging changes.Building effective relationships with ..... full job details .....
