Business Development Manager Location: Hybrid role - 1 day in the office (Canvey Island) - the rest split between client meetings Package: 40,000 - 50,000 base + Car + Commission We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established and growing business operating within the hygiene and facilities services sector. This is a field-based role covering the South East, with responsibility for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships and driving revenue growth across the region. The successful candidate will be a confident and commercially driven BDM with a proven track record of winning new business. Experience within the hygiene, facilities management, cleaning, washroom or wider service industry would be highly advantageous, although strong B2B business development experience will also be considered. Role: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South East. Generate leads through a combination of prospecting, networking, referrals and market research. Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and successful contract completion. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events across the region. Develop tailored proposals and presentations based on customer requirements.
