Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer enquiries via telephone, email, website and live chat, providing professional and timely support.Understand customer requirements, provide technical advice and recommend suitable products and solutions.Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up enquiries accurately to maximise sales opportunities.Develop existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for new business, upselling and cross-selling.Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to source products and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.Maintain accurate CRM records and support continuous improvement through customer feedback and effective administration.Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience ..... full job details .....
