Larbert and Hybrid Annual Bonus Incentive Progression Opportunity Management Role Axon Moore is partnering with a leading services business based in Larbert to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to lead their Financial Accounts and Cash Allocations teams. This is a key role overseeing financial controls, systems, and reporting while driving process improvements across the function. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain risk and control frameworks for Financial Accounts and Cash Allocations.Ensure up-to-date SOPs and strong compliance across all team processes.Manage bank reconciliation and expense reimbursement systems, including monthly reviews.Support insurance renewals and related queries.Lead month-end close activities, including sales and nominal ledger rollovers.Review unallocated cash reports and monitor departmental KPIs.Drive process efficiency, system development, and resource planning.Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team.
