Accounts Administrator - Part Time
Looking for a flexible Part-Time Accounts Administrator role where attention to detail really matters? Were working with a long-established, family-style business, who are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Administrator to join their on-site finance team. This role is focused on matching delivery notes with picking notes and raising invoices, with occasional support covering the purchase ledger during holiday periods. Its a hands-on, part-time role where accuracy and attention to detail are key. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2026. What will you be doing as an Accounts Administrator?Receiving delivery notes returned by driversChecking all delivery notes are signed by customers upon receiptMatching delivery notes with picking notes and purchase ordersScanning and uploading documents onto the internal systemChecking all documentation for accuracy and resolving any discrepanciesRaising and issuing invoicesFiling and maintaining organised recordsProviding additional purchase ledger support during holiday cover periodsWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Assistant, or Sales Ledger AssistantStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExperience matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicesAbility to spot discrepancies and resolve issues confidentlyComfortable using internal systems and Microsoft OfficeWorking kn
