Junior Legal PALaw Firm of the Year Winner is seeking to hire a pro-active and well organised Legal PA to join their Property team. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administration support to an allocation of four fee earners.Salary to £31,000 (depending on experience)Friendly and collaborative culture and working environment and excellent benefitsPermanent, full-time positionJunior Legal PA Key Responsibilities:Proactive diary management, and awareness of Fee Earners'' workloads to plan ahead, with minimal supervisionProcessing relevant applications, forms, or searchesResearching new clients / contacts and preparing bios before meetingsArranging travel and any other activities on behalf of Fee EarnersTyped work of a high quality, formatting in accordance with house style, at high speed, with accuracyPreparing bills (including bill narratives)New matter and AML checks including obtaining relevant documentationMaintaining up to date knowledge and a strong understanding of Fee Earners'' matters to be able to provide the best level supportAssist with training sessions for the team and providing knowledge induction for new team PasJunior Legal PA Skills and Requirements:Previous secretarial experience within a law firmExcellent written, communication and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail skillsFamiliarity with InterAction
