HR ADVISOR - EMPLOYEE RELATIONS• Rendall and Rittner • £Competitive, aligned to experience • HybridROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Employee Relations team, supporting managers across the business with a wide range of HR matters.This is a hands-on role focused on delivering clear, consistent and commercially sound advice, ensuring policies and procedures are applied fairly and effectively across the organisation.You will work closely with managers at all levels, supporting them through complex employee relations cases while also contributing to wider HR initiatives, including training, policy development and continuous improvement.ROLE EXPECTATIONSThis is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring strong judgement, attention to detail and the confidence to influence at all levels.You will:Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinary, grievance, probation and appeal processesProvide clear, practical advice to managers on policies, procedures and employment lawDraft correspondence and documentation to a high standardSupport and deliver training to line managers on best practice and policy applicationPrepare documentation for Employment Tribunals where requiredManage wellbeing cases, including Occupational Health referralsReview and update HR policies, templates and documentationMonitor trends and provide regular reporting to the businessWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEYou''ll be successful in this role if:Employee relation
