My client are looking for a Private Client solicitor to join their growing and forward-thinking firm.The RoleThe role focuses on Wills and Probate matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and estate administration, deeds of variation, and Court of Protection applications. You will take responsibility for complex and higher-value matters, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and strategic development of the department.You will work collaboratively across departments, comply with all case management and quality standards, maintain up-to-date legal knowledge, and actively engage in CPD, accreditations, and firm-wide initiatives, including marketing and business development.Ideal CandidateYou will be a personable and diplomatic team player with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
