The Role – What You''ll Be Doing An established residential contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take over an existing high-end residential development in Adstock, Buckinghamshire.

The project is well underway, with approximately three months left until completion. You''ll be responsible for taking control of the site, maintaining programme, managing subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring quality standards are met and driving the project through to a successful handover.
This is very much a "hit the ground running" position, suited to someone who can quickly assess where the project is, build relationships with the site team and keep everything moving smoothly through the final stages.

Once this project is complete, there is a strong possibility of moving directly onto the company''s next traditional build residential scheme in Ockley, Surrey. This is approximately a two-hour drive from Adstock, so applicants should be comfortable with that location if they are looking for ongoing work.

Rather than operating as a volume housebuilder, they focus on smaller, well-managed schemes where quality and attention to detail come first. They self-deliver key elements of the construction process and maintain a close-knit management team, giving Site Managers the autonomy to run their sites properly while receiving support when needed.

What They''re Looking For

• Previous experience managing traditional build residential developments.
• Able to take over a live project and confidently see it through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, programme management and quality control.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential.
