THE ROLE
You will advise both employers and employees across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Your responsibilities will include drafting contracts, agreements, policies and procedures, as well as providing employment law support on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and TUPE. You will also advise on employment disputes, assist with the preparation of Employment Tribunal cases and have opportunities to undertake advocacy where appropriate. Alongside your fee-earning work, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to departmental and firm-wide business development and marketing initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with 1–3 years’ PQE and experience gained within an established Employment department. You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent client care skills and commercial awareness, together with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. A proactive approach and enthusiasm for developing your practice within a supportive team will be highly valued.

THE PACKAGE
