The role involves supporting children in Early Years and Key Stage One with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). You''ll be joining a friendly, supportive team dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential.The RoleThis role is based within the school''s Pathways Provision, a specialist setting designed to support children with complex Autism and communication difficulties. The provision provides a calm, structured environment with access to sensory areas, outdoor learning spaces, and therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to help pupils develop their communication, social, and independence skills.
