Preparing quantum and contractual claimsLeading teams on claims assignmentsDeveloping relationships with new and existing clientsDemonstrating a history of winning fee-earning quantum workDriving a business development-focused cultureHaving extensive knowledge of main standard forms of contract including NEC and JCTAdvising on dispute avoidance and resolution strategiesAssisting junior staff with their career developmentRequirements:
