Project Manager (Client Side)

A unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a landmark mixed-use development. The project, , represents an -80m90m development programme and is entering the delivery phase following a lengthy planning and financing process.

The scheme comprises:

• Repurposing of five commercial units
• 12 high-speed EV charging units
• Residential apartments within Phase 1
• Phase 2 development of approximately 150 additional flats

The successful Project Manager will act on behalf of the developer, overseeing the delivery of the scheme from enabling works through to completion. Initial site clearance is already underway, with finance secured and the project ready to proceed.

Key responsibilities

• Client-side project management through delivery of the development
• Coordination of contractors, consultants and supply chain partners
• Liaison with architects, planners and key stakeholders
• Monitoring programme, cost, quality and contractual performance
• Management of procurement processes and contractor appointments
• Oversight of site progression from groundworks and enabling works through to construction completion
• Risk management and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle
• Reporting to the developer and ensuring project objectives are achieved
