Bid Manager
to take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to producing high-quality, competitive submissions. The role offers scope to build and lead a dedicated bids function over time.Key Responsibilities
Monitor procurement portals and identify new opportunitiesLead preparation, coordination, and submission of bids and tendersWrite and tailor CVs, case studies, and capability documentsMaintain bid library and templatesSupport business development activities and growth strategiesEstablish bid management best practicesRequirements
Proven bid management experience within Civil Engineering, ideally in contractingExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesCommercial mindset and collaborative approachAmbitious, adaptable, and drivenPackage
