The Senior Design Manager is required to work for a new build residential main contractor. The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for running large scale new build residential projects up to the value of £90m. The Senior Design Manager will have the following skillset:- 5 years experience running projects as the lead Design Manager- Degree Qualified - Architecture background. - Residential new build RC Frame experience.- Longevity/ full project life cycle.
