The role is primarily remote, with an expectation to attend their Cambridge office approximately two days per month. The organisation is seeking a commercially minded legal professional who can take ownership of contract negotiation and client engagement, supporting corporate subscribers from around the world. The role will focus on ensuring agreements are legally sound, commercially robust, and aligned with the organisation s charitable mission. Onboard and manage corporate clients, guiding them confidently through contractual terms. Advise on IP, reputational issues, and charity-specific legal constraints. Help the organisation manage risk, maintain compliance, and safeguard biodiversity data. Collaborate across the wider organisation, including finance, partnerships, and operations. The successful candidate 2-3+ years PQE in commercial contracts, or exceptional legal/commercial experience (legal execs considered).
