Due to continued success, we are delighted to offer the opportunity of Procurement Manager to become an integral member of the procurement team, working within a dedicated product category, Ambient Salads and gaining the opportunity to work with an impressive portfolio of Growers. Responsibilities include; Support the procurement process to ensure an effective supply chain Work with logistics and planning to ensure accurate stock information Manage purchase orders and stock data through the ERP system Liaise with salad growers to ensure accurate volumes and arrival data A high level of organisation, accuracy, and a personable and professional approach is required, to accompany confident IT skills, with exposure to ERP systems proving highly beneficial. Person specification: Previous fresh produce procurement experience essential and knowledge of ambient salads Excellent verbal and written communication skills Numerical competence and strong commercial acumen Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail Strong sense of responsibility Ability to perform competently in a dynamic and pressurised environment Salary; Competitive Hours; Monday - Friday Location; Kent
