Key Responsibilities

• Minor repairs and general maintenance on sites
• Basic carpentry and joinery tasks (e.g. fitting fixtures, assembling structures)
• Removing wall tiles and plasterboard ceilings
• Chasing out pipework in walls and floors
• Exposing plumbing works and insulating pipework
• Laying laminate and latex flooring
• Assisting with installation of materials as per project specs

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card
• Own tools and transport
• Previous on-site experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
