You will be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors while supporting the efficient operation of the workplace. Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and courteous mannerPreparing refreshments and coordinating meeting rooms and internal eventsManaging reception diaries, meeting room bookings, couriers and taxisHandling incoming and outgoing post, scanning and document supportEnsuring meeting rooms, kitchen areas and shared workspaces remain well organised and appropriately stockedSupporting office supplies management and basic IT and AV meeting set-upAssisting with records management and archiving processes About YouPrevious reception or front of house experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft OfficeA proactive and professional approach with the ability to work collaboratively within a busy office environ
