passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie / Junior Sous
to join our kitchen team in a beautiful Hotel Venue in Goole. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong CDP who''s ready to step up into a
Sous Chef
role.You''ll be part of a small
chef brigade , preparing fresh, seasonal dishes and daily specials for up to 25
covers a night as well as organising Wedding and Event meals.
All food is made in-house under the leadership of an experienced and supportive Head Chef with plenty to teach.They value
great organisation, strong mise en place, and a sense of humour
in the kitchen. No egos – just good cooking and a fun, collaborative team environment.? What We''re Looking For:
A real passion for food and a desire to grow your culinary skills
A positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail
Experience in a seasonal kitchens, work can slow in the Winter Months
The ability and confidence to run your own section
Strong team player who communicates well and brings energy to the kitchen
