Sales leadership: Build and scale our sales team, processes, and pipeline management from the ground upGo-to-market strategy: Define and execute our sales strategy across marketsCustomer acquisition: Drive outbound and inbound sales opportunities, moving prospects from interest to closed dealsRevenue growth: Own targets, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring sustainable ARR growthPartnership building: Establish and nurture strategic relationshipsSales enablement: Work with Marketing and Product to refine positioning, pricing, and collateral that accelerates deal velocityFirst 90 days: Set up direction and outline a high-level 90-day plan during the interview processSix-month outcomes: Deliver a repeatable sales process and playbook; close flagship enterprise accounts; hire and onboard initial sales team membersOngoing: Continually develop and measure success through revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline growthRequirements / What You’ll Bring
Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally at Head of Sales or Sales Director levelTrack record of closing enterprise deals (£100k+ ARR)Ability to build and scale a sales teamStrategic thinker with strong commercial acumenExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsBenefits
