adi Environmental Account Manager Location This role is ideally suited to someone based in the Midlands, covering a Midlands-focused territory, however regular travel to customer sites will be required. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Environmental Services team. This is a varied role combining contractual service delivery, technical consultancy, and sales development, focused on water and steam quality management. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers remain compliant with legislation while improving plant efficiency, reducing energy consumption, lowering maintenance costs, and minimising downtime. Alongside service delivery, you will actively identify and develop opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include: Deliver contractual water treatment services, consultancy and audits in line with agreed scopes and timescales Analyse water quality across customer systems, interpret results, and make practical, compliant recommendations Ensure all work is carried out in line with environmental, health and safety, and company standards Plan and organise service visits effectively, ensuring contractual tasks are completed on time Use every site visit as an opportunity to identify and develop additional product and service opportunities Follow up pre-qualified leads and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline Work closely with internal teams to s
