We are currently recruiting for a motivated and proactive Infrastructure Manager.Role Responsibilities: Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for running, maintaining and supporting the Company''s infrastructure. This includes:Internal company serversNetworking and communications for the company''s departmentsCompany data centres and rack systemsSupport, investigation and resolution of any issues with company''s systems and phone system providing 24x7 coverFor the company data centre systemsYou will be involved in the day-to-day management and monitoring of services and their supporting infrastructure components. This includes:Support, maintenance and forward planning for company networking, servers, and communication equipment located in our multiple data centresSupport for the company departments'' hardware and virtual hardwareSupport investigation and resolution of issues with the company systems or productsDepartmental reporting and documentation of support statusManagement of a small Infrastructure teamDeploying new products and software versionsProviding 24x7 cover for the company systemsAll processes must be documented to a high standardProviding customer facing reports for all customers
