These schools provide tailored education for pupils with a wide range of complex needs in nurturing, well-resourced environments.We are seeking committed, resilient and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. The Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: - Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs. - Support students with ADHD, ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition), SEMH and communication needs. - Assist pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). - Support learners with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). - Work alongside teachers, therapists and healthcare professionals to implement EHCP targets. - Support pupils with complex health needs where required (training provided where appropriate). -
