A well regarded regional contractor who has gained a reputation for delivering high quality, precise and impactful commercial works is in need of freelance resource to supplement their existing south west team. 

They are seeking an experienced and diligent a Site Manager to oversee initial enabling works on a new build development near Taunton. 

Responsible from site set up, you''ll be overseeing specialist sub-contractors - ensuring their compliance to H and S protocols and that it''s being delivered to the required quality standards as per the programme deadlines. You''ll also be liaising with the end client and their representatives as well as internal management teams so it''s essential that you have good communication and negotiation skills. 

In terms of other essentials, Current SMSTS, FAW certificates and a Black CSCS card will be required in additional a proven track record of delivering main contracting schemes of £3-5m.
