We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage our passive fire protection projects across London. This is a key position within our business, requiring a proactive and technically skilled professional who can lead multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail.Responsibilities

Manage 5 to 8 live projects at any one time, with values ranging from £5,000 to £250,000Oversee site activities including steel protection and penetration sealing worksCoordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure high-quality deliveryEnsure compliance with fire safety regulations and internal QA/QC processesMonitor project progress, budgets, and site safetyProvide technical support and ensure correct installation methods and materials are usedPrepare and review RAMS, progress reports, and client updatesAttend site meetings and liaise closely with clients, consultants, and other stakeholdersRequirements

NVQ Level 3 in Passive Fire Protection - EssentialSSSTS or SMSTS certification - EssentialProven experience in the passive fire protection sectorStrong technical knowledge of fire-stopping systems and installation standardsExcellent project management and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressure across several sitesBenefits
