They boast an impressive range of clients across the healthcare, education, workplace, life science, sports and leisure, heritage and religious sectors, working on projects from 30m up to 300m+. The Northern CandS team you will join has 22 civil and structural staff, who collaborate internally with architects, project managers and MEP professionals.Your new role Your new role will see you join the business as a Senior Lead (equivalent to Principal) or Associate Structural Engineer responsible for the design, management and delivery of a number of exciting projects simultaneously, at different stages of design.What you''ll need to succeed You will need to be a Chartered Structural Engineer, with experience developing complex structural engineering designs across a wide range of sectors, ideally with some healthcare experience, though not essential.You will have strong technical skills, with experience using a variety of design software, including TEDDS, Tekla Structures, Staad Pro and experience working in a BIM environmentYou will also have experience managing design teams of at least 2/3 engineers and technicians.You will have good communication skills, be self-organised and have a passion for structural designWhat you''ll get in return In return, you will re
