Managing and mentoring engineers, helping them set and meet meaningful goals.Ensuring team members receive timely feedback and are supported in their growth.Leading effective hiring and onboarding for your teams.Supporting hybrid working practices and fostering psychological safety.Collaborating with peers across Product, Delivery, and Engineering to drive improvement.Shaping inclusive hiring processes and career development structures.Championing a values-driven and transparent work culture.Requirements
