Find out more about the work we do here: Position: Trade Engineer - Plumber Salary: £39289 per year Location: St James Lane, Coventry, CV3 3FX Hours: 37 hours per week - 8am to 4pm (3:30pm Fri) Key Responsibilities: This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified plumber who can: Undertake a range of trade tasks to complement the fulfilment of primary trade activities Carry out all works in line with applicable recognised regulations Provide on site support to trade engineers in the fulfilment of their duties, when required Qualifications and experience: Craft City and Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential) Craft City and Guilds or S/NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (desirable) CSCS Card holder (or equivalent) preferred Full UK driving license and able to drive manual vehicles Sound knowledge of plumbing systems and associated trade skills Proven experience working within the social housing sector, delivering maintenance and building services in both void and occupied properties Demonstrable understanding of health and safety legislation, best practice, and procedures, ..... full job details .....
