About the Role We are seeking a driven and proactive Injection Moulding Setter / Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual who can take responsibility for machine performance, process optimisation, product quality, and equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved through efficient machine setting, continuous process improvement, preventative maintenance, and effective problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Set, start-up, and optimise injection moulding machines to achieve maximum efficiency and product quality. Carry out mould changes safely and efficiently. Optimise processes to ensure target cycle times are consistently achieved. Maintain production quality standards and machine productivity uptime. Monitor machine performance and take corrective action to minimise downtime. Diagnose and resolve process, tooling, and machine-related issues. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and support reactive maintenance activities. Ensure machines are set in a clean, organised, and safe manner suitable for production operatives. Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the production and maintenance areas. Update performance monitoring systems with accurate production and maintenance data.
