A growing M&E Building Services Contractor is looking to recruit two Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years'' post-graduate experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-growing business.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Teams, you will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle across a range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services projects.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the commercial management of M&E projects
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Preparing valuations and applications for payment
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Variations and change management
• Supporting CVR preparation
• Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams
• Assisting with final accounts

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar
• 2-4 years'' post-degree Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience within construction, building services or M&E environments
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
