PROPERTY MANAGER Trinity Estates • Competitive (plus car allowance) • Hybrid - Homebased (Hertfordshire and North East London) ROLE OVERVIEW You will take full ownership of a portfolio of around 15 residential developments across Hertfordshire and North/East London, including a mix of standard blocks, RMC-managed sites and some high-rise buildings. This role is for an established Property Manager who thrives on autonomy, can prioritise effectively and is comfortable travelling between geographically spread developments such as Waltham Cross, Hackney, Enfield, Hertford, Stratford and West Drayton. You will be trusted to manage your portfolio with minimal supervision from day one, handling day-to-day operations, stakeholder relationships and building safety compliance, including awareness of Higher-Risk Buildings (HRB) requirements. In return, you''ll have a thorough handover and ongoing support, with site introductions as needed and the flexibility of being home-based with quarterly office visits. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will lead the operational delivery across your developments, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant and well-maintained while providing a responsive, people-focused service to residents, leaseholders and client directors.
