Growth and Customer Success Manager Location: Slough, hybrid working with two office days per weekSalary: £65,000 plus uncapped commissionType: Permanent, full time We are looking for a Growth and Customer Success Manager to manage new business sales alongside existing customer relationships. The role will involve building a pipeline, closing new opportunities and ensuring customers continue to adopt, renew and expand their use of the platform. Key Responsibilities Generate, qualify and close new B2B SaaS opportunities Build and manage a sales pipeline Run discovery calls, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations Manage customer adoption, retention, renewals and account growth Deliver regular customer reviews focused on value, ROI and cost savings Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts Gather customer feedback and support product development Contribute to go to market messaging and customer-focused content Experience Required B2B SaaS sales and account management experience Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial or supply chain businesses Understanding of spare parts, OEMs, aftersales, MRO or BoMs Experience closing new business and growing existing accounts Ability to translate technical solutions into clear commercial value Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Understanding of modern software marketing tools and customer personas General understanding of AI technologies within a B2B SaaS environment ..... full job details .....
