The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children in a safe, nurturing and stimulating nursery environment, helping them learn, develop and reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities may include:

*Supporting children''s learning, development and daily routines
*Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
*Supporting children''s personal care needs
*Working in line with the EYFS framework
*Observing and recording children''s progress
*Encouraging positive relationships and social development
*Maintaining a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment
*Working closely with nursery staff and other professionals
*Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies

Requirements

*Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
*Experience working with children in an early years or nursery setting
*Good understanding of the EYFS
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children''s welfare
*Paediatric First Aid is desirable
*Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach
