Direct line into global decision-making.Shape the future : You’ll establish tooling frameworks, drive efficiency across technical streams, and elevate delivery across multiple workstreams.Trusted partner to sales : Collaborate on orals, RFPs, and SOWs—your voice will carry weight in how the consultancy wins and delivers.What you’ll bringProven background in Workday technical consulting (7–10 years+), including deep hands-on experience with:Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, and composite reportingVision and delivery experience with Workday AI capabilities, ideally including Illuminate and exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)A leadership style that balances execution with innovation—you can manage remotely and inspire across cultures.Pre-sales and delivery alignment experience RFPs, estimations, solutioning.
