About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a fully operational Children''s Residential Home in Bolton. As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and development of the home, ensuring the continued delivery of outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people. You will lead a dedicated staff team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the service. Key Responsibilities Hold responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Children''s Residential Home. Maintain full compliance with the Children''s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements. Promote a culture focused on safeguarding, child-centred practice, and positive outcomes. Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team through effective supervision, coaching, and performance management. Ensure robust care planning and risk management systems are in place and consistently reviewed. Manage the home''s budget efficiently and responsibly.
