About the role Working across our diverse housing stock, you''ll carry out a wide range of electrical installation, testing, inspection, repair and maintenance work, ensuring our tenants'' homes remain safe, compliant, and well maintained. This is much more than a standard electrician role. You''ll have the opportunity to utilise and further develop your multi-skilled capabilities while delivering high-quality repairs and improvements that have a direct impact on our customers'' lives. You''ll work independently, manage your own workload, and take pride in achieving first-time fixes wherever possible, providing an exceptional service to our tenants. What You''ll Be Doing Carrying out electrical installations, testing, inspection and fault-finding on new and existing installations. Completing rewires, repairs, upgrades and planned maintenance works. Undertaking a variety of multi-skilled tasks as required. Diagnosing issues and delivering effective first-time solutions.
