Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCOs

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

• Monitor and track pupil progress, celebrating every success

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)

• A creative, adaptable, and compassionate approach
