This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to build on your existing building services design experience, with strong support and encouragement for your professional development. The Role You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team consisting of Building Services Designers, Revit Technicians, Building Physicists and Document Controllers. You will be involved in a wide range of projects across numerous market sectors, delivering services from feasibility through to detailed and fully coordinated design for installation purposes, covering RIBA Stages 0-5. Key Responsibilities Manage your workload with limited supervision. Deliver coordinated design working alongside colleagues from other disciplines. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current industry regulatory and design standards. Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff and apprentices, providing clear guidance and direction. Assist with setting design strategy. QA documents, designs and drawings prior to issue to ensure required standards are maintained.
