This is an integral position to the continuing success of the Housing and Regeneration Department during the current period of dynamic change, so presents an exciting opportunity for professional development. About the role Project Delivery- You will be responsible for project inception through to completion for a broad range of projects, managing a multi-disciplinary team of external consultants. The section manages projects on the full range of the Councils stock, ranging from Victorian street properties through to high rise housing estates. Regulatory compliance-You are required to havea working knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety and Housing legislation on major works projects, including planning, building regulation legislation and leasehold management practices on social housing projects.
