An opportunity has arisen for an experienced revenue accounting leader to take ownership of a global Revenue function within a large, complex international organisation. This is a senior leadership role combining technical accounting expertise, global process ownership and transformation. You will lead an established centralised Revenue team, ensuring robust revenue recognition, effective financial controls and consistent processes across multiple geographies, while supporting continued business growth and integration activity. Reporting to the Head of Global Order to Cash, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, FPandA, Legal and IT, playing a key role in the ongoing development of a global finance operations function. The role Lead and develop the global Revenue function, balancing effective day-to-day delivery with continuous improvement. Own global revenue recognition policies, processes and controls, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, including IFRS 15 and ASC 606. Provide technical guidance on complex customer contracts, commercial arrangements, pricing structures and new service offerings. Take responsibility for month-end and quarter-end revenue close, working closely with FPandA on forecasting and reporting.
