As an Accounts Payable Assistant in Wythenshawe, Manchester, you will help keep invoice records accurate and payments moving through the Accounting and Finance department within the Facilities Management industry. You will manage day-to-day accounts payable tasks so that financial information is clear and the wider business can run smoothly. Description The Accounts Payable Assistant role is initially a 9 month contract and will be Hybrid working 2 days in Wythenshawe office/ 3 remote. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager Key duties will include: Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure they are recorded in the correct accounts. Check invoice details against relevant supporting documents to help maintain accurate records. Prepare payment information for review and ensure payment records are up to date.
