Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Haringey Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Occupational Therapy Assistant this role will be: Civic Centre 255, The High Road N22 8LE The right candidate will: Daily phone calls required to residents whom are on a waiting list. Calls to ensure resident safety and make them aware they are on a waiting list. OTA to contact and reassure / measure level of risk and prescribe any simple items of equipment. There are strict targets within this role. Daily reporting of contacts required at the end of every day. Robust clinical reasoning and risk management required. Role will be mostly remote however candidate may be asked to attend the borough as and when. Some support regarding any critical council issues may be required on an ad hoc basis.
