OverviewPA to Managing Partner and Team – £50k + Negotiable

Responsibilities

The lawyers will require some assistance but are generally self-sufficient; however, the Managing Partner has an extensive need for complex calendar and diary management and gatekeeping.

There will be some secretarial support but the majority of the role is client management and extensive travel and diary management.

The partner is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking PA with excellent relationship-building skills as he needs someone he can trust and rely on.

The London office has a very collegiate / team orientated culture and whilst very professional, is less formal than other larger City firms.

Qualifications

You have worked as a PA in a corporate or professional services environment (not necessarily in law) and have excellent client and communication skills.

If you speak a European language, that could be beneficial due to the partners’ extensive European client base.

Note: The role is not suitable for those who require hybrid working once the current situation changes.
