Job Title: SEN Teacher Location: Westminster Salary: £150 to £220 per day (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-Time Long-TermAre you an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher looking to support students with additional learning needs in a specialist setting? GSL Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher to work in a Special School in Westminster, supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact on young learners who benefit from an inclusive and structured approach to education.Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN learners.Use a range of strategies to manage behaviour and support emotional development in line with SEMH best practices.Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver individualised support plans.Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure academic and social success.Create an engaging, safe and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued. Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.Has prior experience working within SEN settings, ideally with MLD, ASC or SEMH pupils.Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.Possesses excellent communic
