Flourish Education is seeking a passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs at a ''Good''-rated Ofsted school near Ilmington.This role is perfect for a dedicated professional with experience working with children with SEND. You will provide 1:1 support, helping to create a positive, engaging, and tailored learning environment. The children you''ll be working with have a range of needs, including ADHD, Autism, and challenging behaviour, and split their time between the school''s SEN hub and mainstream classrooms. This role is based across the school supporting children in KS1 and KS2. The role is full-time and will continue until the end of the current school year.
