Description Prepare full monthly management accounts and supporting reporting. Own balance sheet management, including reconciliations and the fixed asset register. Business partner with senior management, providing financial analysis and insight. Present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Support statutory accounts, group reporting and tax submissions. Act as a key contact for external auditors during the year-end process. Support annual budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting. Support the implementation of new finance systems. Review and improve finance processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency. Lead, coach and develop members of the finance team.
