This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing business of around 30 staff. The ideal candidate will be a strong finance business partner, helping shape financial performance and profitability. This is a largely sole-role position, responsible for the transaction data through to management reporting and day-to-day support of the leadership team. There is a portfolio FD who you would report into. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager Prepare monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet, cashflow forecasts and key performance reporting, with support from the Finance Director. Prepare quarterly financial and profitability reports for the senior leadership team. Oversee payments to contractors, freelancers and suppliers. Coordinate the monthly payroll process with the external payroll provider, including pension administration. Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
