Mechanical Project Manager

Salary: -50,000 - -60,000 + Car Allowance / Company Car + Excellent Package

An established and growing MEP Building Services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team based in Leicester.

The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical building services projects, including HVAC, plumbing and pipework installations.
• Coordinate design, procurement, subcontractors and site activities.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, variations and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, programme and Health & Safety requirements.
• Attend site and client meetings, providing regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the Building Services or MEP sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and project delivery.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, programmes and variations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
