Your new companyA highly regarded investment and pensions organisation responsible for managing significant assets and administering several established UK pension schemes. The organisation is evolving its People function and investing in a newly formed People Business Partnering team to support its future ambitions. Your new roleInitially focused onEmployee Relations, you will manage a varied and complex caseload while actingas a trusted adviser to leaders and managers across the organisation. You will:Manage complexdisciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and workplace conflict casesProvide expertemployment law, policy and best-practice adviceCoach managers tobuild confidence and capability in handling ER mattersSupport investigationsand recommend fair, balanced and pragmatic outcomesReview and developPeople policies and proceduresIdentify emergingpeople risks and trends through case data and insightSupport organisationalchange and work with trade unions or employee representatives when requiredAs the People partnering model develops, you will have the opportunity to broaden your remitand contribute to wider People initiatives and organisational strategy.
